About The Role
We’re hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter to manage and convert social media conversations into booked discovery calls. You’ll be speaking to private healthcare business owners from around the world, people who already know us, follow us, and engage with our content daily. They’re not strangers. They’re already interested. Your role is to step into those conversations, build rapport, ask the right questions, and guide them toward booking a call with our team. This role sits at the intersection of community, customer experience, and sales, and plays a direct role in driving business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
On a daily basis, you’ll:
Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and community platforms
Respond to DMs, comments, and story replies with speed and personality
Turn engagement into meaningful conversations
Ask simple, smart questions to understand each lead
Guide qualified prospects toward booking a discovery call
Follow up with leads who haven’t yet taken action
Re-engage older or “ghosted” conversations
Track conversations, bookings, and next steps
You’ll also post simple story prompts each week to spark new conversations and increase inbound lead flow.
What Success Looks Like
This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations:
Booking 15–20 qualified calls per month
Maintaining a 75%+ show rate on booked calls
Influencing 8+ program sales per month through strong pre-call trust
Responding to all new social interactions within 24 hours
Maintain a consistent, active pipeline of conversations
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:
Have experience handling inbound leads through social media or online communities
Are a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
Know how to guide a conversation without sounding pushy or scripted
Understand the difference between engagement and conversion
Are comfortable following up consistently
Enjoy working toward targets and being measured on performance
Are organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
This Role Isn’t For You If:
You prefer content creation, design, or posting over conversations
You’ve never helped turn a lead into a booking or sale
You avoid follow-ups or find them uncomfortable
You’re looking for a passive “community management” role
Compensation
Base salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year (depending on experience)
Monthly commission based on qualified calls booked and sales influenced
This is a performance-driven role where your earnings are directly tied to the conversations you turn into booked calls and the impact those calls have on the business. Top performers in this role consistently increase their income through strong results, while benefiting from a competitive base salary.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working toward targets and being rewarded based on performance.
