Sales Analyst
Trade Marketing – New York
The role will support the Covergirl & Rimmel Trade Marketing team reporting to the Sr Director of Trade Marketing. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Analyst are to support the Trade Marketing team in analyzing past and current business trends, analyzing competitive actions, and mining future sales opportunities to drive business growth on the CoverGirl and Rimmel brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively manage weekly sales, monthly reports and competitive reporting
Nielsen IQ reporting
Covergirl/Rimmel and Cosmetics analytics
Support Trade Marketing Sr. Director in pricing recommendation and P&L
Analytical support and preparation of Line Review presentations
Support additional analytical requests
The team consists of “Trade Marketing Sales Analyst” working closely together with several departments such as Sales, Marketing, & Finance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills.
Proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Additional systems knowledge: Experience with syndicated and panel data (Circana and/or NielsenIQ)
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work with data from multiple sources, interpret and communicate the data into a compelling narrative with actionable conclusions
Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years of business experience in a related field and/or CPG. Experience with NielsenIQ preferred.

Base Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000
