
Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Marketing Specialist to support our growing presence in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone with start-up experience, preferably within the data center or related technology industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting events, and generating insights that inform business growth.
This role is onsite at our Hayward, CA office.
Key Responsibilities
Execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting the U.S. market, with a focus on pipeline generation
Support end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and industry engagements
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies
Partner closely with the Business Development (BD) team to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns
Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize content and align with global initiatives
Track and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights
Develop and adapt marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, and digital content
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment within the tech industry
Experience in the data center, IT infrastructure, or related technology sectors strongly preferred
Experience in marketing event coordination and execution
Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes (pipeline, conversion, ROI)
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, business development, and global teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Exposure to global or multi-region marketing environments
