Accountabilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high retention and consistent performance outcomes
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communications, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
Develop, execute, and optimize paid social strategies, with a strong focus on Meta platforms
Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution
Oversee creative production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives
Proactively identify performance gaps and adjust strategies to improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR
Manage multiple priorities across a high volume of accounts while maintaining attention to detail
Act as a bridge between client expectations and internal execution teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, reporting standards, and overall client experience
Requirements
3–4+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with strong expertise in Meta Ads
Proven experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a high-volume setting
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams across creative, media, and analytics functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
Nice to have: experience with SaaS, B2B, or legal clients, and exposure to multi-channel campaigns
Nice to have: familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and creative testing frameworks
