My client, a leading 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary in the real estate sector, seeks candidates for a Regional Sales Executive role covering Northeast Florida.

Job Details

Core Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand relationships with real estate professionals, financial advisors, attorneys and potential clients

Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial real estate market

Deliver educational presentations to professionals including real estate brokers, attorneys, accountants, and investors

Demonstrate strong public speaking abilities for diverse audience sizes and backgrounds

Build strategic partnerships through active participation in industry events and professional organizations

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service offerings and competitive landscape

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes

Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement growth strategies

Analyze market opportunities to expand service reach and develop new partnerships

Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

3+ years of work experience

Active attorney license

Proven presentation and communication capabilities

Demonstrated ability to conduct professional training sessions

Self-motivated with strong independent work ethic

Knowledge of real estate preferred

Results-oriented with proven sales aptitude

Ideal candidate

A strong technical foundation with natural relationship-building abilities and enthusiasm for a career evolution, or

Proven exchange industry experience with established professional networks and a track record of success
