Senior Proposal Coordinator
The senior proposal coordinator works across the sales enablement team to support the timely development of high quality proposals and other marketing/business development materials. She or he is responsible for providing project management services related to bid development and other business development initiatives. Responsibilities
Register and track TRC for requests for bids through procurement channels and platforms Enable the bid decision process through monitoring the centralized business development email mailbox and leading bid qualification requests to senior staff Lead proposal set-up and archiving through TRC's content management system and SharePoint Support proposal managers on large, complex proposals with proposal development activities, team communications, and document control to adhere to the proposal development process Serve as a point of contact for information requests related to proposal development Track action items and use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to mitigate or escalate schedule risks Support the sales operations team by conducting market research to assist technical staff in identifying and prioritizing clients and key pursuits Support knowledge management initiatives, including organizing and cataloging large amounts of technical, graphical, and company information Support sales operations efforts, including Salesforce data entry and accuracy Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. 1-4 years of related experience. Interest or experience in the energy industry a plus. Microsoft Office proficiency required. SharePoint, CRM, Qorus Content Management System experience a plus. Minimal travel may be required to other regional offices or work locations. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee. Salary Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $80,808.00 /Yr.
