Large Format Print & Production Technician Position Summary The Large Format Print & Production Technician manages the daily operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment while supporting the fabrication of acoustic products. This role balances technical file preparation with hands-on manufacturing and finishing.
Key Responsibilities
Print Operations: Manage RIP software and Adobe Illustrator to prepare files; monitor color accuracy and alignment.
Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep and minor troubleshooting of large format printers to ensure peak performance.
Production Support: Assist in the fabrication and finishing of foam products during print downtimes.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards for output and material quality while ensuring a safe, organized workspace.
Skills & Qualifications
Software: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and print-ready file setup.
Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and physical production tasks.
Detail-Oriented: Focused on quality control and workflow efficiency.
Experience: Ability to multitask in a team environment; knowledge of ISO or LEAN systems is a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $24.00
