5:00 PM Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts and perform collections activities to ensure timely payment Analyze aging reports and follow up on past-due balances Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoices, payment status, and discrepancies Research and resolve billing or payment issues Maintain accurate records and documentation of collection efforts Prepare reports and track collection metrics using Excel Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable Strong Excel skills required, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment Why This Opportunity?
