Collections Specialist
LHH is assisting a client with their need for a Collections Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity. This position is hybrid, onsite three days per week. Responsibilities
Manage collections for national accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding balances. Perform account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with customers to resolve issues. Set up new customer profiles and accounts, maintaining accurate records and supporting onboarding processes. Utilize Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting collection activities and account statuses. Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve collection targets. Requirements
Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance role, in a business to business environment. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Located in or able to commute to north Charlotte; comfortable with hybrid work arrangements.
