We are currently looking for a Head of Growth in Israel.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving aggressive, data-driven growth across a portfolio of fast-scaling consumer brands. You will operate at the forefront of paid media strategy, managing large-scale budgets and unlocking new levels of performance through deep platform expertise and experimentation. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, requiring a sharp understanding of full‑funnel dynamics and creative performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape growth roadmaps, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Working in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment, you will be expected to balance rapid scaling with sustainable unit economics. Accountabilities

In this role, you will define and execute high‑performance growth strategies, leveraging paid media, creative insights, and data analytics to scale efficiently across multiple channels and client portfolios.

  • Lead and execute aggressive paid media scaling strategies, particularly across Meta, ensuring efficient budget deployment and sustainable growth.
  • Own full‑funnel acquisition strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimizing for both performance and profitability.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance challenges across creative, audience targeting, offers, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Partner closely with creative teams to develop and refine high‑performing concepts that drive scalable acquisition.
  • Manage senior client relationships, providing strategic guidance, defending decisions with data, and aligning on growth priorities.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of analysts and strategists, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, iteration, and performance accountability across all growth initiatives.

Requirements

You are a seasoned growth leader with deep expertise in paid media scaling, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead both strategy and execution in high‑growth environments.

  • Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns (especially Meta) to $100K+ daily spend with measurable success.
  • 6‑10 years of experience in digital advertising, with significant exposure to DTC e‑commerce growth strategies.
  • Deep understanding of paid media algorithms, including creative optimization, audience structuring, and cost dynamics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fast, high‑impact decisions.
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering performance at scale while maintaining efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing high‑performing teams.
