Accountabilities
- Lead and execute aggressive paid media scaling strategies, particularly across Meta, ensuring efficient budget deployment and sustainable growth.
- Own full‑funnel acquisition strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimizing for both performance and profitability.
- Diagnose and resolve performance challenges across creative, audience targeting, offers, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Partner closely with creative teams to develop and refine high-performing concepts that drive scalable acquisition.
- Manage senior client relationships, providing strategic guidance, defending decisions with data, and aligning on growth priorities.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and strategists, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, iteration, and performance accountability across all growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns (especially Meta) to $100K+ daily spend with measurable success.
- 6‑10 years of experience in digital advertising, with significant exposure to DTC e‑commerce growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of paid media algorithms, including creative optimization, audience structuring, and cost dynamics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fast, high-impact decisions.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering performance at scale while maintaining efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
