Requirements

• 3–7 years of commercial real estate litigation experience
• Strong writing, motion practice, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex commercial disputes including Yellowstone injunctions, holdover proceedings, breach actions, and rent regulatory matters
• Draft motions, briefs, and strategies for summary judgments and appeals in state/federal courts
• Handle discovery, depositions, and hearings in administrative, zoning, and tax certiorari proceedings
• Advise on distressed assets, bankruptcies, and joint venture disputes for major developers and owners
• Collaborate with transactional teams on integrated real estate solutions
