Senior Legal Counsel

A global technology and industrial group is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its North American legal team, based in California. This is a high visibility, business facing role reporting directly to the General Counsel.

The Role

• Provide corporate and commercial legal support across US based entities
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements including commercial, supplier, and technology contracts
• Advise on day to day business matters, governance, and compliance
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives
• Manage external counsel and support cross border legal matters

Candidate Profile

• US qualified attorney with 3 to 5 years of corporate and commercial experience
• Background in a leading law firm and or in house
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Commercial mindset and ability to work closely with business teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, international environment
