Position Summary
- The Agile People Solutions Partner will support high‑value priorities and critical projects within BMS and the People Function, including organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, employee experience, process/system improvements, change management, and people strategy.
- Manage multiple projects from design to execution, providing business client support across functional areas.
- Operate at an enterprise level, providing strategic direction and oversight for people solutions across the organization and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects driving people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee experience, and change management.
- Collaborate across the People operating model to deploy people strategies and activities effectively.
- Adapt swiftly to changing business needs, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to critical priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including People colleagues, business leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Utilize people analytics and insights to inform decision‑making, measure impact, and continuously improve people processes and practices.
- Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and trends, developing solutions and strategies to address them before escalation.
- Champion a respectful and inclusive work environment, role‑modeling BMS values and fostering geographical and cultural diversity.
- Drive outcomes through a culture of continuous improvement within the People function and across the organization, encouraging feedback, innovation, and learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant people/HR experience or relevant business/strategic consulting.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and accountable, consistently taking initiative and driving projects forward.
- Strategic, business‑acumen and systemic thinking needed to diagnose problems and enable solutions.
- People/analytics experience using metrics and data to drive business performance; proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
- Business partnering experience, able to influence the business through consulting skills.
- Quick learner capable of working independently in fast‑paced, adaptable environments.
- Team player with strong relationship‑building skills across diverse business backgrounds.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, engaging all internal and external stakeholders.
- Critical thinker with problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; continuously seeks process improvement.
- Action‑oriented, with a sense of urgency and accountability for delivering quality results on time.
- Program management experience, delivering results through speed, innovation, and simplification of complex processes.
Compensation Overview
- Madison – Giralda – NJ: $188,790 – $228,763
- Princeton – NJ: $188,790 – $228,763
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final pay will be determined based on demonstrated experience.
