Overview

I'm working closely with an AmLaw 100 firm actively seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (2+ YOE) to join its Dallas office.

Qualifications

• Experience : 2+ years of experience in complex real estate transactions, ideally with a focus on A&D and leasing, or finance and affordable housing
• Admissions : TX Bar License required

Responsibilities

Join a national, AmLaw 100 platform where commercial real estate associates work on sophisticated transactions across leasing, acquisitions, and finance for major institutional clients. You’ll get hands-on responsibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to complex, deal-driven work while building a durable real estate practice in a collaborative Big Law environment.
