Pharmacy Call Center Representative Location: Louisville, KY (Onsite) Compensation & Schedule • $17.00/hour • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (first 6–8 weeks, onsite) • Permanent Schedule (after successful training): 11:30 AM–8:00 PM Role Impact: The Pharmacy Call Center Representative supports patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by delivering accurate, timely information and coordinating prescription services. This role ensures a seamless customer experience while processing refills, scheduling shipments, and resolving inquiries. Success is defined by high-quality service, accuracy, compliance with pharmacy regulations, and consistent attendance. • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers • Deliver professional customer service and provide accurate prescription and shipment information • Process prescription refills and coordinate medication shipments • Resolve inquiries efficiently and provide clear next steps or follow-up • Follow established policies, pharmacy regulations, and compliance procedures Minimum Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of call center experience • Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required before or on first day of employment • Ability to type at least 35 WPM with strong communication and problem-solving skills Equipment & Work Environment • Onsite office environment • Extended periods of sitting and computer use • High-volume call center setting • Reliable transportation required • Must reside within 100 miles of the work location Preferred Skills • Previous healthcare or pharmacy experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong attendance record and schedule flexibility Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
