Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong banking domain experience to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and enterprise-level implementations.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements Lead Salesforce solution design, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Define data models, security models, and integration strategies Integrate Salesforce with banking systems, APIs, and third-party applications Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Ensure best practices in governance, performance, and scalability Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business units Required Skills 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules Experience working in banking or financial services domain Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and release management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect / CTA preferred) Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking Additional Requirements Banking domain experience is mandatory
