We're seeking an individual who is highly motivated, hands-on, and ready to be part of a supportive, team-driven environment in Opelousas who takes pride in their community.
What You'll Earn & Receive Starting at $12/hour (higher for experienced candidates) Medical & dental insurance Paid vacation 401(k) with company contributions Clear career growth: many team members move into sales or management within 2-3 years, with promotions often achievable in the first 6 months Schedule & Support
40-hour workweek with rotating Saturdays Daily guidance and mentorship from a strong management team Training in automotive detailing, customer service, and professional standards What You'll Do Every Day
Clean, wax, polish, and detail vehicles to the highest standards Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet customer and company expectations Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Report any vehicle damage promptly Collaborate with teammates to coordinate workflow Uphold Giles service standards and represent the brand professionally Who Thrives in this Position
If you're 19+ with a valid driver's license and a clean record, but more importantly, you bring:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in your work Excellent communication and customer service skills Desire to grow into higher-paying roles or leadership positions Minimum of 2 years of dealership experience required Enable and embody our core values: INTEGRITY:
