Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable

Salesforce Apex

solutions, including

multi-object triggers ,

bulkified code , and

governor limit optimization Develop efficient business logic using

Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL/SOSL queries Independently deliver complex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

user stories with high-quality standards Design and implement

complex Apex integrations

using various

integration design patterns Develop and maintain

Salesforce data models ,

sharing rules , and

security architecture Implement

Salesforce DevOps

best practices, including

CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Salesforce applications Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices Required Qualifications

7+ years

of hands-on experience as a

Salesforce Technical Lead

or

Senior Salesforce Developer Strong expertise in

Salesforce Apex Development Hands-on experience with:

Multi-object triggers Bulkified Apex code Governor limit optimization

Strong knowledge of:

Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL optimization Salesforce integrations Salesforce security architecture

Experience with

Salesforce DevOps tools

and

CI/CD pipeline implementation Ability to independently deliver complex Salesforce solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience mentoring and guiding development teams
