Handle sophisticated commercial real estate deals, and work at a firm that handles real complexity? You'll manage acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for serious commercial clients — not just push paper through closings. At BPE, you'll partner with experienced attorneys on joint ventures, fund work, and mixed-use developments, with the support and infrastructure to actually do the work well. Manage commercial real estate transactions end-to-end — from term sheet through closing. Handle acquisitions and dispositions of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases across asset classes. Support joint ventures, real estate fund work, and investor-side transactions. Work on construction and mortgage financing matters. Conduct thorough due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and entitlement review — and juggle multiple active deals without letting details slip. What we're looking for
You bring 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience and can run deals independently. You're a skilled drafter and negotiator who can hold your own across the table from sophisticated counterparties. You manage competing deadlines without hand-holding and communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and other parties. A JD from an accredited law school and an active Florida Bar membership in good standing are required. Bonus points for:
prior Big Law or mid-size firm transactional experience; experience with real estate funds or joint ventures; construction lending background; or multi-jurisdictional deal work. What we offer
