Guiding and advising Boards on day-to-day operations
Managing financials, compliance, and community standards
Leading meetings with confidence and clarity
Coordinating vendors and maintaining property standards
Delivering consistent, high-quality service to our communities
Qualifications
Active Nevada Community Manager license (NRED) required
Strong working knowledge of HOA operations
Ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and professionalism
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
A genuine commitment to client service
