We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to elevate our brand clarity, storytelling, and content direction. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and strong writer who can translate business priorities into compelling narratives across channels.
This position leans heavily into brand story, messaging, and content leadership, with solid creative instincts and lighter hands‑on production. This is not an executive brand role — but it is a high‑impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, narrative, and creative direction.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Narrative Strategy Own and evolve the brand’s core narrative, positioning, and messaging framework
Translate company strategy, offerings, and audience insights into clear, compelling stories
Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent, intentional, and differentiated across channels
Partner with leadership and marketing to refine messaging for growth initiatives, launches, and campaigns
Lead content strategy across key touchpoints (website, campaigns, thought leadership, sales enablement, social)
Develop content pillars, themes, and editorial direction aligned to business goals
Write or heavily shape high‑impact content (e.g., brand copy, campaign concepts, core web messaging)
Establish content standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
Provide creative direction for designers, writers, and external vendors (without managing them operationally)
Develop creative briefs that clearly articulate strategy, messaging goals, and success criteria
Collaborate closely with Marketing Manager to align creative strategy with execution timelines and channels
Review and refine creative assets to ensure they ladder back to the brand story
Cross‑Functional Partnership Work with product, sales, and leadership to translate complex ideas into accessible narratives
Support sales and internal teams with messaging frameworks and storylines they can confidently use
Act as a strategic thought partner on brand‑level decisions without owning full brand governance
Qualifications Required 5–8+ years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, copywriting, or creative strategy
Experience developing brand and content strategy for family offices, UHNW clients, or adjacent audiences (e.g., private equity, wealth management, investment advisory, private banking)
Strong storyteller with exceptional writing and messaging skills
Experience defining brand voice, messaging frameworks, and content strategy
Ability to think conceptually while remaining grounded in business objectives
Comfortable leading creatively without owning people or operational workflows
