Private Equity Senior Associate

We are partnering with a Boca Raton–based, generalist private equity firm focused on flexible middle-market investments. The firm partners with management teams across sectors including business services, healthcare, consumer, and industrials , supporting growth initiatives, recapitalizations, and buyouts.

The team is seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate to join their South Florida office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Drive transaction execution and due diligence processes
• Evaluate new investment opportunities across sectors
• Prepare investment committee materials
• Work closely with senior investment professionals
• Support portfolio company analysis and strategic initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• ~2 years of investment banking experience
• ~2 years of private equity experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Additional Requirements:

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Florida (Boca Raton area)
