Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Blue Springs, MO, with the option for some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will perform tasks such as assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting market research, providing expert guidance on real estate transactions, building relationships with clients through strong customer service, and preparing and negotiating real estate contracts effectively.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License as required by state regulations
Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including familiarity with market trends and industry practices
Proven skills in Customer Service and the ability to build strong client relationships
Experience in Sales, particularly within the real estate industry, including negotiation and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with real estate software tools and technology is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
