Position Overview Pinnacle Holding Company is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support digital marketing efforts across multiple brands. This role is ideal for a student or early‑career professional looking to gain hands‑on experience managing social media content for a diverse portfolio of growing businesses in HR, staffing, technology, and professional services. The intern will work directly with the Marketing Strategy Coordinator to help execute content calendars, create graphics and captions, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support brand growth initiatives. Internship start and end dates are flexible based on the candidate’s schedule and availability.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Content Support

Assist in creating and scheduling posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

Write engaging captions tailored to each brand voice

Help repurpose blogs, announcements, hiring updates, and company news into social content

Support creation of graphics, carousels, reels, and short‑form videos

Community Management

Identify engagement opportunities across platforms

Support growth through interaction with local businesses and community organizations

Marketing Operations

Maintain posting schedules and content calendars

Organize creative assets and templates

Assist with reporting on engagement and follower growth

Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas

Assist with other marketing projects and events as needed

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field

Strong written communication skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and social trends

Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools

Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing personal or business social media accounts

Basic photography or video editing skills

Familiarity with HubSpot or social scheduling platforms
