Pay Range: $50,000 - $51,000/year, depending on experience + Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule: 5am - 5:30am start time until completion of the route. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday as well as during the week. 5 day work week.

Mileage Reimbursement is provided for travel from store to store. This route services customers in the New Bern/Kinston, NC areas. The Sales Merchandiser Specialist/Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist is critical support to the POD Model in the One Tier Sales Strategy in a flexible, 24/7 operation. The role provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser, may be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage, and acts as liaison between customer, merchandiser, and driver for order refusals and inventory overload.
Key responsibilities include executing weekend operational plans, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and ensuring route coverage and compliance with commercial plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelf according to procedures and special programs.
Manage, sell, and execute in assigned customers on daily, pre‑set routes, generating sales orders based on assigned delivery frequency.
Execute applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, and commercial plans.
Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
Create and distribute point‑of‑sale materials on display and shelves where permitted.
Foster business relationship with store personnel through routine follow‑up, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activity discussion.
Identify and communicate any competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business (pricing, new packaging, business strategy changes).
May act as first call point for late PM/early AM weekends, ensuring proper route coverage and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser, and driver for order refusals and inventory overload.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge acquired through 0‑1 years of work experience.
Valid driver's license.
