What You’ll Do:
Plan and lead engaging programs that support residents’ physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual wellness
Coordinate daily activities, group programming, and special events
Motivate residents to participate while tailoring activities to individual abilities and interests
Help create a vibrant, welcoming, and inclusive community environment
Bring creativity to holiday celebrations, birthdays, and meaningful milestones
Maintain open communication with residents, families, and team members
What You’ll Need:
Must be 18 years of age or older, required
High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus
Minimum 1 year of experience planning and leading activities or events, required
Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
