Job Description:

As the engine behind an ambitious scaling phase, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market functions during a period of hypergrowth. Partnering directly with founders and executives, you’ll hire 60‑80 top‑tier professionals across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, while pioneering AI‑native recruiting workflows at a company processing 10 trillion tokens daily.

Collaborate with People leaders to optimize recruiting operations, compensation benchmarking, and role design for a rapidly evolving global team.

The ideal candidate

Possesses 5 years of hands‑on GTM recruiting experience, specifically scaling teams within high‑growth startups or hypergrowth environments.

Demonstrates a proven track record of hiring across diverse GTM functions including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Partnerships at velocity.

Combines deep sourcing expertise with a passion for the AI industry and an eagerness to adopt AI‑native tools into the recruiting stack.
