We love to come to work, work hard, have fun, and be honest dependable partners for our customers. Primary Purpose and Essential Functions

To provide exceptional customer service as well as administrative support for the service department. General Duties & Responsibilities

Answer phone calls directed to the service department and follow up with customers in a professional manner Schedule and coordinate service appointments Review & process technician notes; ensure accuracy and present notes in an easy‑to‑understand format Prepare service quotes and relay them to customers Open, review, and close repair orders; ensure accuracy and file warranty claims Stay current on warranty guidelines/requirements to ensure optimal reimbursement and develop relationships with our manufacturers Follow up on short warranty claims and recover as much as possible Monitor recalls from manufacturers and ensure compliance Work with Service Manager to achieve overall company goals as well as branch location goals May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualification Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent with some applicable shop, service, or maintenance management/administration experience Proficient and productive with Microsoft Word & Excel, typing 45 wpm, 10‑key calculator CRT/Data Entry and learning new systems Ability to lift a weight of 50 lbs or more on occasion Ability to solve practical problems and to read/interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions Positive attitude, proven communication skills, enjoy being part of a team, and a desire to provide great customer service Desired Qualifications

Technical or mechanical experience Warranty administration experience Basic understanding of parts and inventory management Customer service experience Day Shift Schedule

Monday–Friday Compensation and Benefits

Wage $23‑$25 per hour DOE. Competitive benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability. Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay. 401(k) plan with company match.
