Job Description
Support attorneys with commercial real estate and lending matters from opening through closing
Prepare, revise, and organize legal documents, closing checklists, and transaction files
Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, lien, and entity documents
Assist with closings, post-closing follow-up, and file management
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Track deadlines, manage documentation, and help keep transactions moving efficiently
Maintain organized files and provide day-to-day support across active real estate matters
Qualifications
2+ years of directly relevant real estate paralegal experience preferred
Strong experience with real estate transactions, lending, or related commercial real estate matters
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced law firm environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
