MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
Requirements
Good typing skills
Good computer skills
Good communication skills
Good phone skills
Detail Oriented
Knowledge of Bankrite is helpful, but not required
Knowledge of LaserPro helpful, but not required
Self Motivated
Willing to help with whatever asked to do
Knowledge of Mortgage terms helpful, but not required
Must be able to work in the U.S. legally
Description
Will prepare loan documents for consumer loans.
Will learn and know compliance and regulation requirements of these loan types.
Will learn and understand the required documentation for consumer loans and the various collateral documents.
Will set up loans in the servicing system.
Will disburse and fund loan fees.
Will work and process various reports.
Wage is negotiable depending on experience and skills
