A leading global law firm is seeking a 2–6 year Associate to join its Executive Compensation practice in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated compensation and employee benefits matters, particularly in connection with high-value M&A transactions and complex business deals. Associates will work closely with corporate teams and advise leading clients on cutting-edge compensation structures. Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters Support M&A transactions and other corporate deals from a compensation perspective Draft and review compensation and incentive arrangements Provide guidance on regulatory and tax implications of compensation structures Collaborate with corporate teams on transaction execution and strategy Who You Are
2–6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience Experience supporting M&A or corporate transactions Strong academic credentials Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills Experience at a leading law firm preferred Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction Compensation
Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package within a top-tier global platform Interested?
