The Credit Solutions team is a dedicated business line within S&P Global Market Intelligence focused on the commercial distribution of ratings intellectual property from S&P Global Ratings. The group distributes credit ratings and related data, analytics, and research through direct data feeds, desktop tools, and web platforms.

The Credit Solutions team in Hyderabad operates within Credit & Risk Solutions and supports S&P Global Ratings products across multiple platforms.

The Impact In this role, you will build a strong understanding of ratings products and support their delivery across platforms. The position offers regular interaction with internal groups including product management, technology, commercial teams, content, operations, and client services, providing broad organizational exposure.

Responsibilities

Resolve client queries related to ratings datasets and associated platforms, including desktop tools and data feeds.

Monitor ratings products across platforms and feeds, and send alerts or notifications to internal stakeholders.

Prepare standard reports for ratings products and create customized reports for ad hoc requests.

Work closely with client services and product management teams supporting several ratings products.

Validate quotes and opportunities to support the RX Pricing Governance process.

Identify process improvements and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Address client issues and make timely decisions when handling service requests.

Maintain strong working relationships with global teams to ensure high quality customer support.

Participate in testing of new features, functionality updates, and product enhancements during technology releases.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.

Good understanding of capital markets and fixed income markets.

Knowledge of Microsoft tools, SQL knowledge is considered an advantage.

Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Availability to provide weekend or festival support when required.
