Optimum Corp is currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio located in Miami. Our primary focus for this role is the management of three assets located in Hialeah, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana, with additional support for two more assets (excluding the leasing function).
Requirements and Competencies:
Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in multifamily managementis required.
Credentials:
The ideal candidate must hold the CPM credentialor be a current CPM Candidate.
Key Skills:
Key competencies include leadership, managing lease renewals, and conducting thorough asset inspections.
