Senior Estates & Probate Paralegal
to join our growing
Round Rock, TX

As a
Senior Paralegal , you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters—from initial client intake through final distribution. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, supportive culture that values teamwork, initiative, and professional growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage attorney dockets and track critical deadlines for probate filings, trust administration, and estate planning matters.
Draft, review, and file estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Prepare probate pleadings and filings, including applications, inventories, accountings, and closing documents.
Assist with trust funding, asset transfers, and preparation of beneficiary distribution documentation.
Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and third parties to gather information and move matters forward efficiently.
Support attorneys in client meetings by gathering financial and asset information and preparing summaries.
Maintain organized and compliant client files in both digital and physical formats.
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries with professionalism and empathy, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
Mentor and support junior paralegals and administrative staff, sharing best practices and improving team workflows.
Participate in process improvement initiatives, forms management, and SOP development specific to estates and probate practice.
Occasionally assist with front desk coverage to ensure a seamless client experience.
What You Bring
5+ years of
estates, probate, or trust administration paralegal experience
(required).
Strong knowledge of probate procedures, estate planning documents, and court filing requirements.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
A proactive, team-first attitude and a genuine interest in estate planning and client service.
Notary preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
