ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Global Product Officer & Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner and a key enabler for the broader leadership team, helping manage priorities, streamline workflows, and foster a connected and productive team environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Draft, edit, and manage executive communications and correspondence.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and time zone coordination.
Prepare and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
Oversee office management activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support in planning and executing minor corporate or team events.
Foster and promote positive workplace culture and team engagement.
Collaborate effectively with the Office of the Chairman and CEO to ensure alignment and efficiency across priorities.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
Ability to operate effectively across multiple time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or public Relations or related field.
