Sales Executive
Environmental Service Systems, LLC is hiring a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales leads, and building a robust pipeline. Key duties include strategic selling based on key performance indicators, delivering engaging proposals and presentations, collaborating with operations teams, diligently following up on proposals, and ensuring seamless transitions to client relations and operations teams. The Sales Executive will provide regular sales reports and forecasts, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and consistently meet sales targets. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities and create lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads Strategic selling based on KPIs of phone calls, cold calls, meetings, early engagement to convert leads into prospects to build a robust pipeline to submit ongoing proposals Deliver compelling proposals/presentations to explain features of service, cost, and advantages that will captivate and engage prospective clients Collaboration with operations teams on new opportunities that align within divisions Follow up on submitted proposals/presentations in a timely manner, professionally, and diligently Successfully align with all opportunities of next steps to consistently achieve your sales goals Align all new transitions to our dedicated Client Relations and Operations Teams for ongoing service needs Provide insightful reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management weekly Maintain accurate records on potential customers in Salesforce Meet and exceed goals quarterly and annually Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor movements, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve Qualifications (Must Have): High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of five (5) years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, preferably in janitorial services Experience with Microsoft and Google Exceptional oral and written interpersonal communication skills Negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Salesforce Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
