We're partnered with a technology company that is modernizing the print and direct mail industry. This role is for a relationship-based seller who wants to move beyond traditional "ink on paper" sales and provide clients with a self-serve platform that automates their entire direct mail and fulfillment workflow.

Scale your portfolio without the usual operational bottlenecks. By providing your clients with the infrastructure to run their own branded ordering portals and automated campaigns, you remove the "manual ceiling" on growth. The platform handles the administrative heavy lifting and complex orchestration from one system, allowing you to manage enterprise-level volume without the usual shop capacity constraints.

What You’ll Do

Vertical Expertise:

Stay in the industries you know best - whether that’s Pharma, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, National Non-profits, etc.

Sell Programs, Not Jobs:

Move away from chasing one-off orders. Help clients set up automated systems and branded portals they will rely on for years.

Win with Compliance:

Use a system that locks in brand standards and rules so you can guarantee your clients that nothing unapproved ever hits the mail stream.

Automate the Mail:

Offer "triggered" mailings that go out automatically when a customer takes an action in a system like Salesforce or Shopify.

Scale Without Limits:

Manage big enterprise accounts without the usual shop capacity constraints. The platform handles the "how," so you can focus on the relationships and the revenue.

Key Qualifications

The Industry Insider:

5+ years of experience in commercial print, direct mail, or fulfillment.

OR: Candidates who have successfully sold SaaS/PaaS platforms will also be strongly considered.

Market Access (Highly Preferred):

Relationships in one high-compliance vertical (e.g., Pharma, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or National Non-profits)

Entrepreneurial Seller:

You are motivated by performance-based pay and want more ownership over your earnings.

Relationship Focused:

You understand that long-term client trust is the foundation of enterprise sales.

Nice to Have

Platform Sales Experience:

If you know how to manage a professional print or mail program, the company will handle the platform training.

Technical Comfort:

Familiarity with marketing technology or ordering portals is a plus, but not required. You will have engineers so you can focus on the relationships.
