The primary purpose of the Wellness Director/Director of Nursing is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Wellness Department and to ensure the delivery of the highest quality assisted living services focused on maximizing residents' individual capabilities. Our community provides some amazing benefits from medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more.Become part of our family, **apply today!!!****Duties and Responsibilities*** Manage the day to day operation of the Wellness Department.* Ensure that all residents receive quality care and maximize resident's individual capabilities.* Complete resident assessments for resident level of care and appropriate placement.* Develop, implement and update Service Plans.* Ensure proper and timely records reporting and documentation* Assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of Wellness team.* Responsible for leadership including engagement, performance management and evaluations of Wellness staff.**Skills & Qualifications*** Active, RN/LVN/LPN license, preferred.* Current CPR/First Aid certification.* Experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting; hospital (geriatrics), skilled nursing or assisted living facility, preferred* Nurse management experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management.We are equal opportunity employers.
