Accenture Federal Services is seeking an outcomes-driven
Federal Campaign Marketer
to design and execute federal ecosystem-aligned campaigns and event programs that advance priority federal growth initiatives. You will be part of a team that is focused on strengthening our position and advancing priority go-to-market campaigns across ecosystem and platform partners. This role will shape full-funnel marketing programs that elevate market awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate growth across areas including AI & Data, Cloud Modernization, and Cyber, as well as ecosystem and platform partners including Google, Databricks, OpenAI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday.
The work
Work cross functionally with marketing program leads, marketing operations, event management, and business leaders to ensure campaigns are cohesive, data-driven, and optimized for pipeline impact.
Support priority campaigns with execution across marketing channels (such as social, event, advertising) and lead “point in time” integrated marketing strategies—crafting compelling, insight‑led campaign activities to business priorities and market demand signals.
Develop and execute multichannel lead generation plans using digital advertising, paid and organic social, thought leadership, partner co‑marketing, and event activation.
Manage campaign planning, content development, creative production, performance tracking, and continuous optimization—embracing our shift toward AI‑driven marketing to deliver faster velocity and improved results.
Partner with ecosystem and platform partners to shape co‑branded campaigns and amplification opportunities.
Measure and report campaign performance using KPIs tied to awareness, engagement, content consumption, and pipeline contribution.
What you need
Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in professional services or other B2B or B2G organization (or similar in military or civilian).
Understanding of federal technology markets, emerging technologies, and the partner ecosystem landscape.
Demonstrated event program experience.
Bonus if you have
Federal marketing experience across a range of activities and channels such as event activations, social & digital experience.
Campaign or project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly.
Strong stakeholder management skills along with the ability to operate and build relationships within a large, matrixed organization.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with Salesforce or similar marketing campaign platform.
Metro DC area-based with ability to participate in local event activations.
Compensation
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
$87,700 - $180,600 USD
