Leading Long Island based construction management firm is actively looking to add a Superintendent well-versed in interior construction projects to their growing team.
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day field operations, directing on‑site crews, subcontractors, and overall jobsite logistics to keep construction activities running efficiently.
Partner closely with the Project Manager to support all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, quality oversight, and technical coordination among all trades.
Perform regular site inspections, uphold rigorous safety practices, and ensure all work aligns with contract specifications and established quality expectations.
Track project expenses, verify subcontractor invoices, and maintain thorough documentation through daily reporting and routine project meetings.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams while mentoring field personnel and reinforcing a safety‑first culture.
