Pay Transparency
The target salary for this position is
up to $80,000 annually . The full salary range is
$66,096.68 to $99,200.97 USD . This role is
Grade 13
and eligible for an
annual incentive bonus up to 5% , prorated based on start date. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
Position Overview
E.A. Sween is seeking an
Associate Human Resources Business Partner
to provide hands‑on HR support in a fast‑paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role partners closely with leaders, employees, and the HR Business Partner to support employee relations, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support employees and leaders with HR‑related questions and day‑to‑day issues
Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance support
Partner with Talent Acquisition and support onboarding and retention efforts
Help coordinate training, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives
Support compensation, benefits, and HR policy communication
Maintain HRIS accuracy, reporting, and documentation compliance
Partner with Safety and Operations on workers’ compensation and Fit for Work processes
Support workforce planning and site HR initiatives in partnership with the HRBP
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees
Knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, or similar platforms
Preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Union or labor relations experience
