Job Description
Our Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They must show integrity and resourcefulness and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conduct inspections when necessary.
Operate cash register and provide customer service.
Receive, price, and stock donations; receivers may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and typically lift 10–35 pounds.
Hang, inspect, and tag textile and clothing in a production‑style setting.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Lead or supervisory experience required.
Hours & Pay
Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 8 pm, opening at 11 am on Sunday.
Pay: $13.50.
