Lead Associate
Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating friendly customer service, teamwork, integrity, and resourcefulness in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports, and secures facility for night.
Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conducts inspections when necessary.
Cash register/customer service.
Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textile and clothing in a production style setting.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Lead or supervisory experience required.
Hours
Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm, opening at 11am on Sunday.
Pay
$13.50
