O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable construction company to find their next Revit Drafter. This position is based in Redding, CA.
This role involves creating production-ready drawing sets used directly in a manufacturing environment building modular residential units. The ideal candidate will have experience with Autodesk Revit, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce clean, accurate drawings that support real-world construction.
$75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

Revit Drafter Qualifications
1+ year of experience with Autodesk Revit Experience producing production drawing sets (architectural, structural, or MEP) Strong understanding of Revit workflows including views, sheets, and annotations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Familiarity with residential or light commercial construction methods Strong attention to detail and ability to produce organized, clear drawings Ability to manage revisions and updates in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Ability to interpret building codes independently Experience with framing takeoffs or material takeoffs Revit Drafter Responsibilities
Produce detailed shop drawings for modular units including wall, floor, and roof framing Create production-ready drawing sets with dimensions, notes, schedules, and details Build and maintain accurate Revit models Organize drawings into sheets used by the production team Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams Identify constructability issues and assist in resolving conflicts before production Implement revisions based on feedback, RFIs, and design updates Maintain drawing standards and organization throughout the project lifecycle Communicate clearly with internal teams to support production needs Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
