Experienced with Amazon Vendor Central and know how to keep listings accurate, active, and performing? CFD is hiring an Amazon Listing Specialist to manage day-to-day listing activity, resolve issues, and support our growing ecommerce operations.
Schedule Monday through Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary based on experience
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 90 days

About Us CFD is a growing manufacturer specializing in custom air filters for eCommerce companies and direct fulfillment. We are focused on expanding our online presence and maintaining accurate, high-quality listings across all platforms.
Position Overview This role is responsible for managing day-to-day Amazon listings, auditing product content, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring listing accuracy and compliance. Amazon will be the primary focus, with additional support across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay. This position reports directly to the department manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily product listings on Amazon (primary focus)
Audit listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Identify and resolve listing issues, errors, or suppressed products
Communicate with Amazon support and other platform support teams to resolve issues
Monitor listing health and performance
Ensure product data, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date
Support additional ecommerce platforms including Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all channels
Qualifications
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central required*
Previous ecommerce or listing management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to identify issues and problem-solve effectively
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
Experience with additional ecommerce platforms is a plus
