Responsibilities
Prepares and maintains risk documentation and reports for quality assurance programs.
Role Summary Purpose
To lead the technical documentation and risk management efforts required for compliance with the EU AI Act (Annex IV) and global AI safety standards.
Impact
This role is critical for the legal marketability of our AI products, ensuring all high-risk systems meet the August 2026 EU AI Act enforcement deadline.
Team Structure Part of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) unit, collaborating closely with AI Engineers, Legal Counsel, and ESG Officers.
Reports To Reports to the Head of AI Governance & Quality Assurance.
Working Conditions Travel Required: 15%
Standard business hours with flexibility; occasional evening calls with global teams.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
Ability to travel internationally for regulatory meetings
