WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS This is a high-performance, in-home sales role with technical execution.
You will:
Walk into homes where customers already need service (NOT a door-to-door sales job)
Diagnose the problem
Present options confidently
Close the job on the spot
Then complete the work yourself
If you can’t confidently do all five, you won’t succeed here.

What We Require
Valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record)
Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software.
Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
Minimum of 1 year in garage door sales and service
Currently employed by a reputable Garage Door company
