The AIM (Attraction, Influence & Marketing) Journey orchestration team fuels that mission by creating exceptional candidate experiences to attract and hire the hundreds of thousands of hourly and corporate members who make that mission a reality.
AIM (Attraction, Influence & Marketing) Journey orchestration team is seeking an experienced SEO Manager on a contractor basis to lead our search engine optimization strategy across multiple markets and channels. This role requires a data-driven professional with proven expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and emerging AI search technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global career/hiring websites across multiple countries and languages
Establish and maintain technical SEO roadmaps with cross-functional teams
Lead AI search channel development and testing frameworks
Drive local SEO programs including landing page optimization
Implement metadata standardization and testing frameworks for rankings and click-through rates
Technical SEO Management
Oversee technical onsite SEO implementation and optimization
Conduct site migration consulting for large-scale platform transitions
Manage SEO requirements during CMS migrations and domain consolidations
Implement white-hat link building strategies
Content & Analytics
Lead content SEO strategy and multilingual content programs
Build and scale content keyword research frameworks
Manage SEO reporting and analytics using Adobe Analytics, Quicksuite.
Develop A/B testing methodologies for content performance optimizationCreate tools and processes to enable content strategy scaling
Required Qualifications Technical Expertise
Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO
Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform – must have
Strong understanding of HTML5, SQL, and REGEX – nice to have
Experience with SEO tools and analytics plat forms (Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog Crawler, Adobe Analytics) - must haves
Familiarity with AI search testing and optimization – must have
Professional Experience
Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience in high-growth environments
Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing preferred, but must have a bach degree in general
Proven track record managing SEO for international markets
Experience working with enterprise-level organizations
History of successful site migrations and technical implementations
Demonstrated ability to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic
Strategic Skills
Ability to establish testing frameworks and measurement systems
Experience developing and implementing global SEO programs
Strong project management capabilities
Proven success working with limited or zero dedicated developer resources
Stakeholder communication experience would be a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruitment marketing or e-commerce sector
Background working with start-ups through enterprise organizations
Recognition in industry awards or judging experience
Freelance or consulting experience with diverse client portfolios
Experience with brand SERP management and digital PR integration
This is a contractor position on site and based in Seattle, WA. The role requires collaboration across multiple time zones and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
