Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote and Hybrid Opportunities)

One of our Core Partner agencies is seeking a Commercial Lines professional to play a critical role in supporting Producers and delivering exceptional client service.

We have remote and hybrid opportunities dependent on location.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Producers to drive new business and retain existing accounts

Assist with applications, supplementals, submissions, and underwriting data collection

Support the marketing and placement of new and renewal business with carriers

Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and client deliverables

Review policies, endorsements, audits, and experience mods for accuracy

Analyze client exposures and provide thoughtful coverage recommendations

Proactively manage renewal timelines (starting 120 days out)

Issue binders, certificates, and ensure compliance documentation is complete

Act as a key liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams

Support receivables and account management alongside Producers

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

2+ years of Commercial Lines experience

Strong understanding of coverages, underwriting, and carrier guidelines

Experience with Applied Epic preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
